Ownership & Rights
By submitting artwork, you confirm you have full permission and legal rights to reproduce it.
This includes all logos, images, fonts, and branded materials.
We do not verify ownership or copyright permissions.
Any legal issues are the sole responsibility of the customer.
AI-Generated Artwork

AI-created designs may be used as reference material
-
Final results may not exactly match the original AI image

Edits, redraws, or full recreations may be needed for production
-
Time spent preparing or modifying artwork will be charged accordingly
Canva Files
Canva designs are accepted under these conditions:

Submit a print-ready PDF with correct dimensions, bleed, and resolution
or -
Provide a Canva share link with editing permissions enabled

Files that require adjustments may incur additional design time charges
Accepted File Formats
Vector Files (Preferred):

PDF (Print Ready)

AI (Adobe Illustrator)

EPS

SVG
-
Bitmap Files (Photo):

PNG (high resolution, transparent background preferred when applicable)

JPEG (minimum 300 DPI at final print size)
All supplied print-ready files will be produced as submitted.
Set Up Fees & Art Fees
If artwork is not in an acceptable or print-ready format, additional work may be required, such as:

Redrawing logos

Vectorizing raster images
-
Adjusting layout, sizing, or resolution
-
Recreating artwork from screenshots or photos
A setup fee will apply. Design time for modifications will be billed hourly
You’ll be notified before we proceed
Final Proofing & Approval

A digital proof will be provided before production.

Additional charges may apply for printed proofs, revisions or additional proof requests

Customers are responsible for reviewing all details (spelling, sizing, colours, layout)

Once approved, responsibility for errors transfers to you
-
Approval confirms that everything is correct

Any errors approved in the proof stage will be the customer’s responsibility, including reprint costs
