Digitizing is a one-time setup fee per design. Your design is saved for future orders — no repeat setup fees. Stitching is charged separately on each order. Stitching fee and garments/blanks not included. Final stitch quality varies depending on garment type and material.

For repeat orders, embroidery is charged per item based on stitch count and garment selection. Garment availability, colours, and sizing may vary. Upgrades can be offered at additional cost.

Order Information & Terms
Additional design work, revisions beyond package limits, or custom requests are billed at standard shop rates.
All quotes are based on the agreed project scope; changes or added requests may affect pricing and timelines.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving final proofs. Once approved, the design is considered accurate and ready for production.
Production timelines vary based on project complexity, approvals, and current workload. Final production begins once design approval and a 50% deposit are received.
Once approved, changes to orders may incur additional charges. Work completed to date will be billed if a project is paused or cancelled.
Shipping costs are extra. Available within Canada only; shipping outside BC is subject to prior approval.
