Services

C. Ashley Design provides custom creative services including, but not limited to:

Graphic design
Branding
Vector artwork
Embroidery digitizing
Signage and promotional design
Digital file creation

All services are custom unless stated otherwise.

Quotes & Pricing

All prices are provided by custom quote.
Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may change based on project scope, revisions, deadlines, or material costs.

Revisions

Projects include a reasonable number of revisions as outlined in your quote.
Additional revisions beyond the quoted scope may incur extra charges.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times are estimates only and may vary based on workload, revisions, project complexity, and client response times.

Intellectual Property

All designs remain the property of C. Ashley Design. Designs may not be altered, modified, resold, sublicensed, or transferred to another designer or third party for modification without prior written consent from C. Ashley Design.
Upon full payment, clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the final approved designs for their intended purpose.
C. Ashley Design retains the right to display completed work in portfolios, marketing, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Payments

Payment terms will be stated on your invoice or quote.
Deposits may be required before work begins.
Final files may not be released until payment is received.

Limitation of Liability

C. Ashley Design is not responsible for:

Printing, embroidery, or production errors caused by third-party vendors
Loss of profits or business due to delays, errors, or technical issues
Misuse or alteration of final files by clients or third parties

Cancellations

Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, the client is responsible for payment for work completed.

Service Disclaimer

C. Ashley Design is not responsible for:

Final production results from third-party printers, embroiderers, or manufacturers
Colour differences between screen display and printed products
Fabric behavior, thread behavior, garment quality, or material limitations
Errors introduced after files are approved by the client

Clients are responsible for:

Reviewing and approving all proofs before production
Verifying spelling, layout, sizing, and artwork accuracy
Once files are approved, responsibility transfers to the client.
Clients are solely responsible for ensuring that any designs, materials, or content they provide or request do not infringe on any third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

Copyright

All content on this website, including text, images, designs, and logos, is the property of C. Ashley Design or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Any infringement by C. Ashley Design, if it occurs, is purely unintentional, and we commit to promptly addressing any valid copyright concerns brought to our attention.
